There are two cozy apartments at the house. Apartment A (1 bedroom) has equipment for four people and apartment B (2 bedrooms) for six. Both apartments have also a living room, a small kitchen area, a bathroom and sauna, a loft and a spacious balcony/terrace.

The building was completed at the turn of the millennium and age-related wear and tear can be found here and there. Direct electric heating, a small water heater (after several people taking a shower, the hot water may run out momentarily), no ordinary oven. In the winter time, you may have to shovel the snow in front of the doors yourself.
